Where do you go when your training falls apart? We’re not talking about physically going somewhere. Where do you go in your heart or your head or your relationships when injury or illness or the unexpected sets you back? That’s the question we are exploring in this conversation with Dylan Bowman, aka D-Bo, and Harm-O, which is what D-Bo calls his wife, Harmony. Adorkable, right?!
While D-Bo is a seasoned podcast veteran, this episode marks Harmony’s first time in an interview, and we were thrilled to have her join in!
